Client Testimonials
We continually get compliments regarding our white carpets that are at least 25 yrs old and look like new due to ZeroRez.
I want to commend my technician, Harold Guidiel! He was very prompt, very friendly, very professional and also very good about making sure that everything was done to my satisfaction. I have already recommended your company to my sister.
Thank you and I will definately contact you again!
No soap so no residue to attract more dirt; timely and professional; fast; and a beautiful outcome ...I never expected the carpet to look this good; it was covered with stains from the bottom of construction worker's shoes and boots; it looks like new.
We will be doing this regularly...thanks! So glad I found you!
I really appreciated how hard Harold worked to make sure my carpets were clean and that I was satisfied with how they looked. My carpets have never been cleaned that thoroughly.
Thank You

they work
The carpets look great. Zerorez got rust and animal strains out of the carpet, and they dried quickly and did not smell like chemicals. I'm very likely to use zerorez again.
I have used Zerorez for about 7 years now and would never use any other type of cleaning. The carpets are restored and look new. My stone flooring looks fabulous and the grout is so clean...just like new. The technicians that come out are professional and take pride in their work just like they own the company. Thank you, I give your name out all the time.
Product: no nasty chemicals!
Service: Harold did an awesome job! He was right on time. Very friendly. Made sure not to damage the wall corners by using protectors, which I thought was the true sign of a professional. The carpets looked amazing after he was done!!
Your workers are friendly and professional. Mike Williams is the best so far; he made my carpets glow!
I like the fact that water is used to clean the carpet and not chemicals. The serviceman did a very good job and was a diligent worker.
no smells during process or after
professional, fast, low odor, quick to dry
Contact was great even though there had to be a change of time. Gene Burns was correct- a fine product did the job advocated
Zerorez is our "go-to" provider for carpet and floor cleaning, with prompt, courteous service and excellent results.
it was easy to make an appointment, the carpets were cleaned on time and with minimal prep from me, the price was exceptional and the technician efficient and considerate.
efficient and informative employees, fair pricing, they leave the work area clean
Awesome carpet cleaning (my old carpet looks like new?) and friendly, prompt, efficient service.
I have had my carpets cleaned 3 times in the last 3 months. I have reoccuring spots that keep coming back each time they are cleaned. I mentioned it to the person I spoke to on the phone and they assured me I had come to the right place. It has been two weeks now and the spots are not back yet. I asked the tech what to do if they came back and he sid "do not hesitate to call" and I'll come back. Hoping they don't reoccure.

Our carpet came out beautiful, much better then I expected. The young men did a great job and were very professional. Any company would be proud to have representatives like these two young men for their company.
It dryed fast, looked clean. They arrived when they said they would.
Very nice, did a good job.
Friendly & curious people. They explained the steps that they will take to get the carpet clean and protected. Moved the furniture to clean behind and under and then place plastic under legs. When they were done they cleaned up and explained what I needed to do. Payment process way easy and off they went. Great company and I will use it again.

The employees were great and my carpets look like new!
I liked the thoroughness and attention to detail that the two young men exhibited while cleaning the carpets, plus they were very friendly and knowlegable. They were able to remove all the carpet stains even the one that had some mold and mildew because of a leaky plant container. The entire house looked and smelled as if it had new carpet which was great. Hopefully the pet treatment and carpet protectant will work out well. I will definitely use Zerorez in the future and am pleased with the results.
