A very pleasant fellow came to do the job that I contracted with you - very polite, clean; he moved a very heavy coffee table for me and then proceeded to clean all the carpeting. As far as I can tell, all the spots are gone. (might be to early to really know). I would recommend this same fellow to a friend. (I think his name was Eric - please check your records)
Green no chemicals
I am a first time user of Zerorez based on how my carpets look after having used your services I am very pleased. We shall see how long the beauty of my carpets stay or if some spots pop back up.
The Zerorez tech was Jasiel. He was FABULOUS! He not only knew your product but was very knowledgeable about carpets in general as well as knew all the names of all the off-the-shelf carpet cleaning options one could purchase at most stores. He gave the pros of using Zerorez and the cons of using other products. He was also too good of a Salesman! He helped me decide to not only have the stairs cleaned but the hallway as well. I also had several rooms scotch-guarded based on my conversation with him. Despite spending more than I had initially intended to, I am EXTREMELY happy with the results so far and can't wait to have family & friends come over. I will definitely let them know about Jasiel and Zerorez!
