Is the water truly altered, as claimed in past Radio ads? The techs work over the soiled areas quite a few times. Unlike my experience with Stanley Steemer. Oops, was I a whistle blower there?

Service: made the appointment few weeks out; and they called to confirm, instead of me having to call and confirm! They said the service person would call 1/2 prior to arriving, and he did! Tony, the service person, was very pleasant and respectful of the property.

I appreciated the professionalism of my tech, Alex Obeso. He did a great job and was very polite and helpful. The carpet looks really good, other than the issue with a corner that he did a pet treatment, it still smells of cat urine.

Jerry was very friendly and helpful, discussing different options with me regarding the cleaning. He had called to let us know when he would be there, but was earlier than agreed with the office by phone - luckily we were back home, but he had not been informed about the fact that we had told the office we would not be back before a certain time.
