The carpet is clean the people were great and professional. The one thing I question is the travel charge, that was never mentioned in any of the conversations.

Fortunately the crew was in the area and took out the spots plus clean an other room------ carpets look like great! I am a very very happy cousttumer. Thanks so much

I love the results!! This was the second time my carpets were cleaned by Zerorez with wonderful results. The technician was quick and thorough, leaving carpets and tile immaculate. But what impressed me even more was the technician. Alex cleaned my carpets and tile the first time, and I was lucky enough to have him again. He was friendly yet professional, and remembered servicing me 18 months prior. I have referred Zerorez, and Alex, to friends and family.
