I like the fact that you only use water and other natural ingredients to clean carpets. I have pets, and I don't like cleaning my carpets with chemicals that could be harmful to them. Also, your technician was very friendly and efficient, he cleaned up nicely, and he was very careful with everything in my home. It was a very pleasant experience.

Carpet is very clean! Regional Director came along with the associate and showed him how to get the carpets to dry quickly - it worked great. We love Zerorez, but in the past the carpets did take much longer to dry. We're very pleased and will continue to use the service.

Larry (I believe that's his name) and another technician came back out and went above and beyond to do a great job. I don't expect perfection; we're all human, only great customer service and that's what I got. Thank you!

We found the cleaning method very effective-even with very difficult spots. The technicians provided the special treatment for cat urine and the process was amazing. The odor was gone and overall our carpets smelled fresh and clean again. We would definitely recommend your process and service to friends and family. We also were pleased with the technicians, Jasiel Valenzuela and Tony. They were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Although our service ran past 5PM they continued to be thorough and helpful. (They even helped move furniture--a service over and above their carpet cleaning duties!!) I don't like the appointment scheduler but I am extremely satisfied with your tech, Tim, who came out to clean the carpet. He did an amazing job, above and beyond what your previous techs did. He was very friendly, helpful, and knew his job. He did not oversell and went about his business in a very professional manner. There was no chemical smell afterwards. I followed the directions to keep everything off the floor and it helped Tim do his remarkable cleaning. Thanks Zerorez, I will be using your services again, but only if Tim is available!
