I liked the fact that no chemicals are used and it makes it safe for pets and family. My carpets were really in need of cleaning and they came out very nice. Not all the stains came out in the family room, but overall it was really fine.

I liked the way Shannon fixed a mix up in the schedule. Gilberto for calling before arriving and he explained the extra charges and asked if I wanted them. Everyone has been very professional and helpful.

You are using non toxic materials that leave no residue on the carpets. We had our carpets sprayed so the next time the dirt will not go down into the fibers but stay on the surface for easy cleaning.

Gets the carpet REALLY clean. Cat urine and every other kind of stain. No one else has ever been able to do that!

Two people are quick, but do an excellent, thorough job. Guards are put around corners so as not to chip paint, which is something that I never had done when I had other companies clean my carpets.

Friendly, green, reasonably priced, effective. The only thing that isn't great is how the stains lift after a while (not even sure how they do that?!). I think completely removing the stains should be part of the standard service and not extra.

I like the fact that the house does not smell like a wet dog after you leave. The carpets are the cleanest I have been able to get them.. I love your company! I also like that you can do area rugs in place and not have to move them. It makes my life easier and I am more apt to have them cleaned more often. Thank you!
