My old dirty carpet looks so pretty and clean now. I always think I had better think about new carpet pretty soon but when you clean it I think "oh I can wait at least another year."

I love your great customer service. The people who have come to my home have been professional and make me want to keep hiring your service. Yesterday, Julian arrived and he did a great job. My mother is very elderly and had not stayed in her room as I had asked. When she wandered out into the area in which Julian was working he helped get to her chair. Very well-mannered and caring.
