The carpets were in pretty good shape before the cleaning and look good now. However, I thought it was dry cleaning process rather than wet so we have to wait 24 hours to re-furnish. The man who came, Ed, did a good job.

This was the first time we used Zerorez and were very happy with the results. The technician, Chris Anderson, was very professional, a pleasure to have in our home. We would definitely use Zerorez again and would like Chris to be the one doing the job.

The finished product was AMAZING!! We have 2 small kids and white carpet and it looks almost brand new! Our tile and grout had also taken a beating and it looks like we have a new home! Our technician Ed was fast, courteous and informative. Thank you!
