The people! The two gentlemen you sent to our home in Portola Valley on Wed 9/24/14 to do the earth-friendly cleaning work on our carpets were polite, patient, professional and just … wonderful. They answered my questions, suggested solutions, and offered flexibility on things we wanted to get cleaned now and also in the future. We are thrilled with the results and would definitely recommend Zerorez and these two employees. Great experience all around!
The service I received on Tuesday, September 23, 2014 was wonderful! Both the gentlemen were professional and knowledgeable with what they were doing as well as explaining to me the breakdown of the carpet fibers. I love how my carpet came out and I know the carpet won't stay clean for years but at least I know I can count on calling Zerorex. Thank you!
Chris Anderson was personable, knowledgeable and did not try to sell to hard. He asked questions and let me know what services zerorez provided. As a result, I decided to have my air ducts clean (not cleaned in 14 yrs) and rug protection applied in addition to the standard cleaning I ordered.

Your technicians were very knowledgable in cleaning methods and explained ver well the different steps they would take and what I should do after they left.
I was very impressed that your service techs were able to lift out some very dirty spots that were accumulated over the months. The "other" carpet company my office used informed us that those stains were in the pad under the carpet, but your service team showed me that there were in fact surface stains.
