I loved that you call one hour prior to the appointment, giving that there is a 4 hour window. Nice not to have to be home for those four hours! The guys were friendly and listened to what my issues were. They were considerate and respectful of the walls and furniture that was left in the rooms. I look forward to using you again in the future.

I was very impressed that your service techs were able to lift out some very dirty spots that were accumulated over the months. The "other" carpet company my office used informed us that those stains were in the pad under the carpet, but your service team showed me that there were in fact surface stains.

Most of all I like that that we weren't left with a chemical after-smell. I feel like the carpet is clean all the way through, not just on the surface.
