Personable fun technicians - did a good job and were not pushy when recommending other carpets(wool) to be cleaned.
Did not try to push extra services after I declined them. Very courteous and cafeful to protect the stair corners and hardwood floors upstairs. The only things I am not too happy about is that both of my area rugs were left very wet, after 48 hrs. with windows open and fans blowing most of Saturday and Sunday they still are damp and I cannot/ will not move furniture back onto them before Wednesday - NOT GOOD. My two upstairs bedrooms were not as wet and dried beautifully, there was one spot that was missed. I have not been able to check the sofa, it looks clean, but is between the two wet area rugs.

Have used zerorez for several years now and always with good results. Your technicians are very professional and do a great job. Had a couch cleaned some time ago and it was fabulous.
GOOD: The cleaning was good the first time except in the high traffic areas. The cleaners came back at my request (free) four days later to reclean the high traffic areas. They now look as good as the rest of my carpets. I am pleased with the result.
BAD: I am NOT happy with your business paperwork (or lack there of) procedure. Please change (or at least give options) for your invoice receipt procedure. I the customer was left with NOTHING in hand at the close of the job, having given my credit card (or check) as payment and told that I would receive a complete invoice by email. I am not attached to my computer. The technician had a job sheet and a copy of that with "paid by check or credit" marked on it and handed to the customer AT TIME OF SERVICE is proper business procedure and is followed by all other workers that have come to repair/clean/service, etc. A receipt at time of service also provides clarity of what was done and the cost and allows for any errors to be corrected at that time. In my case, the technician said I had the 20% discount on scotchguard and then didn't enter that in his hand held phone so I was OVERBILLED. When I called in to ask for a second cleaning on the traffic areas, the representative on the phone caught the fact that my discount had not been entered on the technicians hand held phone and she issued me a refund to my credit card. You as a company are leaving yourself wide open to errors by on site computer entry with no confirmation by a customer and no paper receipt for a customer to check. You need to correct this.
I was upset about this at the time of service, which the technician can verify. At that time I had no idea that I was being overbilled
Great service, great prices and the cleaners all do a great job. I have used Zerorez several times and the service is always consistant and professional.
