The tech is on time; clean; works hard,does an excellent job. My carpets were cleaned 1.5 to 2 years ago and they still looked good (a couple spots had just begun to return) and now they look new again! There's no odor, walking on the cleaned carpets (barefoot) is comfortable--they are not sticky and hard.
