The Expertise and Quality.

The two people who came to do my carpets plus one sectional were very detail orientated, which is what you want. They did an excellent job. They communicated all observations and questions and answered any concerns I had. Also very impressed with the products and the fact that the carpet was basically dry by everning (service done mid day). We did follow instructions about how to walk on carpet and what not to put back for at least 24 hours. We also let the sectional alone for close to 48 hours. Very pleased.

The Techs called a half hour before. put on their shoe covers & put down tarps & corner protectors. They explained in detail what they were going to do & about the protectant that will need to be reapplied. Since we only had 2 rooms to clean & one being only used once a year we did not need the protectant for that room, but he told the other guy to do it anyway NO CHARGE, That was cool. I love the soft carpet feel.

Your two staff members were excellent and went out of their way to make the experience perfect. They made the difference! I would definitely recommend and use them again. The cleaning service was like getting brand new carpets! Great work!

I was completely blown away with your service department woman who set me up for an appointment I believe her name is Monica I'm sorry I didn't write it down. I had a personal tragedy that I needed my carpets cleaned. I asked for the same day service and she said that at that time she did not have an appointment but would set me up for for two weeks that would put me on a cancellation list and a couple of hours she call me back they came out. JASIEL came out he was knowledgeable he was courteous he was respectful he told me things about my carpet that I have no idea about we agreed upon the services I wanted I definitely upgraded he's awesome salesman did not feel ta ken advantage of I felt that he did me a service by letting me know what he thought I needed. He worked really hard on making this house clean he never complained he looked happy in his work and he was fast considering he did this whole house I could I don't even know how long he was here but he was absolutely hundred 99% on the job in it.
I will be coming back to zero as I will be requesting him and I will do this more often I will make my carpets last longer and it's all because of your company I fully appreciate it and I will tell everybody and anybody the story thank you

I was used to my carpets feeling stiff and sticky when cleaned. Zerorez isn't so much better than that! They are like new, clean, soft, and they dry quickly. You are the best!

I especially like that they do not use chemicals in the cleaning process. I always get the protector and my carpets come out clean every time.

I like the service of pet odor/cleaning as I just got a new puppy and may need to use it in the future. Also, the protectant on the carpet for spills in between services.
I would like to see the cost of these services reduced though as it adds a lot to the total cost of service. Thank you!

My carpets were dry this morning and I was able to put all the furniture back and I still can't believe how good the rugs look.
