What do you like about our products and services?

I have been counting on Zerorez to clean my carpets for years. Both my wife and I love the carpet cleaning technique you use, the empowered water without chemicals. We scheduled this work from Beijing, China and had a relative be our point of contact. Starting from the initial phone call to schedule an appointment, additional phone calls to answer questions, pre-arrival phone call, through your on-site contact upon arrival, pricing verification, everybody did an outstanding job. You were immensely understanding about calling us in Beijing when there was a question.

Cleaning with the empowered water removes dirt and prevents retracking because there is no soap residue. Looks and smells clean. Service technicians are consistently excellent.
