Cleaning method is appreciated for nontoxicity and results. Service has always been good and, on this visit, Loreto Eros did another excellent job. Carpet looks great!

the representative (Tony Ford)that did our floors was kind and personable. He was conscience of what our needs were and did a great job in cleaning the carpets. I like the fact that he asked me to check his work after he completed the room.

Technicians are very friendly and helpful. Your product is amazing. We have a 19 year old, WHITE, not great quality carpet and regular cleanings by Zerorez has maintained that carpet so well. I love that when it dries (quickly) it feels so soft and clean and we don't have to worry about the dog walking on it an attracting chemicals on her paws!

We have used you at home where you removed an ink spot from a printer refill which I had tried to remove for over a year with all kinds of rug cleaners. This time you cleaned one on my small offices early and in record time. You guys are amazing. Thanks, Jim Ball
