Zerorez can handle just about any cleaning situation. I had carpets cleaned, upholstered furniture cleaned and air ducts cleaned. I would have had the granite on my kitchen island cleaned and sealed, but it was getting late by the time the other cleaning was finished. The carpets are much cleaner than other companies get them. Your techs were conscientious, did a very good job and always consulted with me and explained what they were doing.
Zerorez team members are prompt, courteous and professional. They even protect wall corners from damage when moving cleaning hoses. Carpets dry fast and have a slight refreshing orange odor.

The gentlemen were very polite, explained everything they were going to do and made sure that I understood everything before starting. They were quick and thorough. Rug looked like new! I would happily use them again.
The service tech was terrific and because of him, I'm giving a "9". It would be a 10, but unfortunately, the front office did not include on the job sheet the instruction to call me 30 minutes prior so I could leave work and meet him at the house (I made the request when I scheduled the appt and confirmed when I called the day before the appt, and the person confirmed both times.)
