Team members who picked up the rugs were friendly yet professional and knowledgeable about the Zerorez process to be used on my rugs -- especially one that had a pet stain. The drop off team members were also congenial and prompt. My only complaint is that it took about three and a half weeks to get the rugs back -- I understood it would be about two weeks. However, I would still use Zerorez again and would recommend it to a friend. In fact, I have already done so, and my neighbor recently used Zerorez to clean his carpet. He was pleased as well.

Easy to schedule, a reminder call the day before, and a call on the day of the cleaning telling me the truck was on the way. The rug cleaner was polite, always asked if there were questions, had me check the work he did. He also suggested getting the protecter coating for the downstairs carpet. He was efficient and completed the work in about an hour and a half.

I had a few spots on my carpeting which I had tried to remove. Your technician explained that you do not use soap or any product that attracts and holds dirt but he would try to get the spots out. He did it and the carpet looks great. This is not the first time that I have had Zerorez clean my carpet, and I have been extremely satisfied with the results both times. I think the carpet stays clean longer. I have recommended Zerorez to a couple of my friends.
