Email reminder. Call from tech when he's on his way. On time! Very professional. Carpet looks like new! Didn't try to sell me anything more than what I had requested to be done. All in all a great experience.

The carpet cleaning really gets stains out, and dries very quickly compared to other company's processes. When it dries, it does not bring old stains back to the surface, either. Also, the tile / grout cleaning was very thorough and fast.

Your service is exceptional Maybe it's because my carpets were badly stained but they look like new now. I've used you three times and each time was impressed with the technicians who are very professional.

The carpets turned out very fluffy...when you came back to redo the kitchen chairs, your guy this time did a better job than the first guy because this one was able to remove the stripes that they had created on the pile...They look so much better.

Wow!! Your representative did an awesome job on our carpet. We used another company approximately 18 months ago and were very disappointed when the carpet seemed to get dirtier almost overnight. Your rep got out stains I had learned to live with.
Our house is on the market for sale, so I vacuum everyday before I leave. We have a Dyson--I've used it 5 times now, and there is only a minuscule amount of debris in the tank, which proves to me how very clean the carpet really is. Amazing!! And the carpet feels soft again too.
