We had our carpet cleaned by Zerorez about 9 days ago. That particular guy did not do a good job. When I called to report this, I was told Zerorez would make it right. A different guy from Zerorez came out yesterday and really cleaned the carpet. It looks fantastic - like it usually does when we have Zerorez clean it. Thanks for fixing this!
