I have my carpets cleaned twice a year - first time using Zerorez and I have never had cleaner carpets! Jasiel was very knowledgeable and friendly! I really liked that he didn't try selling me more services, although I did add my stairs to my services that day!
The technician contacted me as stated by sscheduling agent before arriving. He was within the time span as set. He introduced himself, was professional and covered all services I wanted and gave me a quote which is what I paid. The wall to wall and area carpets look great.
