The cleaning technicians were very professional, polite, and fast! The Zerorez product is exceptional and left my 13 year old carpets the cleanest they have ever been.I would highly recommend their product and services to anyone without hesitation.
Technician was professional and courteous. He was also on time. He cleaned out some vents, not carpet, so we really don't know the results yet. When we turn on the heater we should be able to tell if it made a difference (cigarette smoke odor).
