What do you like about our products and services?

Andrew and his pal were on time - worked efficiently, were very courteous and were done in a very timely manner. They explained to us what the process and what the product they are using is all about. Andrew gave us tips on how to preserve the carpet for a longer time till we decide to have our carpet cleaned again in the future. We will recommend Zerorez to our friends who are thinking have their carpet clean. We like the fact that no chemicals was used that we can breathe better - with no worry of any residue.

What do you like about our products and services?

The technician that came to my house was very personable and was very open about the prospects of actually getting the old pet stains out of my carpet. Overall, it was a very pleasant service appointment. He suggested getting a "restoration cleaning" because of all of our old pet stains, so I'll have to look into that.
