Crew called ahead for appointment, arrived early! Were done within anticipated time frame. Carpet & couch look great! They cleaned up behind themselves for the ductwork cleaning as well. No chemical smells. Feel safe to have my pets and family on the carpet as soon as it was dry!

The cleaner came on time and finished in timely manner. He helped me move some furniture in the room and also cooperated well when i requested him to make sure he vacuum under the bed. He didnt try to upsell me and said i have done good job caring my carpet so just keep doing what i have been doing. Will definitely use zerorez again & try to request the same guy

Removed all the stains and the twenty-year old rugs look like new. The guys sold me on the idea of applying Scotchgard but then found they didn't have it on their truck. It would be an idea if they all did an inventory of supplies before leaving the plant. I was very pleased with the technicians and the job they did.

Reservationists said you will move one person funiture but your cleaners said they do not. It was not an issue since I had everything moved. Secondly the cleaner Edward put a $14 service fee initially in the bill but waived it since it was not mentioned with the original quote by your reservation or advertising. Some people might say this is deceptive. Serviceman Edward and First name removed we otherwise excellent

Promptness of the service person carrying and their show up. The service people were very polite and took care during the operation.

I called the next day after you cleaned my carpets. I was complaining about buckles in my carpet. I did not get a response from you. I had to call the main office and then they told me to wait 72 hours to see if they would disappear. I would have liked a call from your company at least

we have had a very good experience with Zerorez except for one inexperience crew very long time ago. We felt it was growing pains of a new company. Since then the craftsmen have been top notch.
