My carpets and furniture upholstery were cleaned really well thanks to the ZeroRez product and fantastic work done by Martin. He called ahead to let me know when he was coming, he was on time, professional, personable, shared important carpet info and provided me with straight forward and honest answers to my questions. He worked hard the entire time and did a good job especially given my carpets are 10 yrs old and had never been cleaned! I’m very pleased with the service and quality of work. The pricing was reasonable/appropriate for a job well done!

I like the friendly staff who helped me each time I had to cancel and cheerfully called me back to reschedule. The gentleman who showed up to do the work was extremely pleasant. When I showed up the next day my carpet was beautiful, there was no smell and it was dry . What more could I ask? Well I'll tell you… Everyone of my clients who came in commented on how beautiful the carpets were even though they didn't know they been cleaned. Now that is a true testimonial.
