My carpet looks great! I was having to clean it more and more often - I think the carpet shampoo residue was attracting dirt. I expect my carpet to stay cleaner for much longer now. It dried quicker than I expected. And - the technician was very nice.

Brian did an awesome job. Home office needs to make sure that a brand new packaged blanket is requested. I was quoted to save 44 bucks if i give a blanket to their charity. But id didnt have a brand new one so i had to pay the extra 44 dollars. You need to all be on the same page.

Excellent job but thecguys should've been told that I had wool carpet. I told that to the person with whom I made the appointment. I also mentioned that I had hardwood floors that need to be protected. This was never communicated to the workers, so they were unprepared but it was not their fault. It was the fault of the person with whom I made the appointment because she never communicated this to the workers. t

Technicians are very polite and efficient. There is little odor and no crunchy residue on the carpet. Drying time is shorter and the carpets feel soft when dry.
