Andrew and his pal were on time - worked efficiently,were very courteous and were done in a very timely manner. They explained to us what the process and what the product they are using is all about. Andrew gave us tips on how to preserve the carpet for a longer time till we decide to have our carpet cleaned again in the future. The technician that came to my house was very personable and was very open about the prospects of actually getting the old pet stains out of my carpet. Overall, it was a very pleasant service appointment. He suggested getting a "restoration cleaning" because of all of our old pet stains, so I'll have to look into that.

Zerorez does a great job of cleaning carpet and area rugs. They do not disrupt the household and work quickly and efficiently. They also have good specials and charge a fair price.

What I do want to mention and don't know if your second question relates to it is that your phone service is awful. The lady quoted us the wrong price, she told us we did not need the rugs taken in for cleaning which is what I had wanted and she told me they would put the rugs on tarp outside to clean them and the guys did not know to bring tarps.

Loved the environmentally friendly products you use. The carpets look like new. Brian was very polite, helpful and kind to us and he was quick and efficient.
