I thought Ed was very professional and paid attention when I show him the areas that I thought needed special care. He worked steadily and efficiently. My only surprise came when I asked about the availability of a soil retardant, but didn't ask about the cost, only to find out that it was $90 and amounted to almost as much as the cleaning itself; let's hope it's worth the price.

The service rep was incredibe. Chris arrived on time, explained the procedure and made recommendations based on the very big problem that we had an elderly dog who had some incontinence issue at the end of her life. The carpet looked new when he was done. I was astonished. On top of excellent service Chris was professional,polite and neat as a pin. I had neighbors over to see the results as he was finishing the job. He was terrific.
