However, the individual who I called to confirm with was not so friendly.

Connor was right on time, polite, and knew his job. I am happy with the results from my living room, hallway and 4 bedrooms. The family room, however, isn't as clean as it should be. That was the main room where I wanted particular attention paid. It was the last room done before he left. It still looks pretty dirty and I think it needed more than one pass. I am disappointed in that one room.

I asked Connor for several business cards and I will recommend Zerorez to all my friends and neighbors.
