I had my granite cleaned and sealed and I wasn't happy with the results. I told the young man. I called the company and told them I had expected a better job. No problem. They sent out two young men and their boss. The boss returned today and finished the job. We are very pleased with the results.

I liked Conner, your technician. He was very polite and congenial. He came in and did a very nice job and was efficient. Our carpet looks very good and is almost dry after about 8 hours. I also like the no chemical process that is used.

Ricardo & Ricardo, R&R, of Bay area Zerorez were professional and very personable from start to end!!! They helped me make decisions, and call John the manager too! I truly got the royal treatment on the over the top carpet cleaning, couch upholstery with protection on both, and my expensive 9 X 12 handmade oriental rug taken for special cleaning. This was my first experience with Zerorez, and the beginning of a continuing relationship. I will be recommending them to everyone I know! Oh yes, the price was more than reasonable. The guys that came were very nice and prifessional. For the most part I'm really happy. There is one spot that I didn't see prior to the cleaning, and after about 5-6 hours it appeared so that is a bummer.

There is no chemicals used. We like that water and special treatment was used so we don't have to inhale anything. The weather was cooperated and the second floor dried faster. Nico who came in early and that is a nice surprise, worked hard to remove stains and did it on a timely manner. He was very organized and thorough, He has a pleasant personality and very polite, We like his professionalism.

The service was over and above what I expected, we had Niko who was very nice and did a superb job on our carpets, they look brand new. He was focused on doing a good job and he worked hard. Thank you Zerorez....
