My carpets look and feel much cleaner now. The drying time was very fast which is wonderful with 2 little kids running around. My only issue is that once the carpets were 100% dry, we found a few hard, black spots in 2 different rooms.

The technicians are always very pleasant and, for the most part, on time. When one has been later than expected, he communicated that so I knew what was going on. My carpets are clean and dry relatively fast. I always seem to get an appointment when I need one.
