Lane was very respectful .I had a window of time between 2-6 pm. Lane called at 2:10 and told me he was running late and he would be there between 4-4:30 .He then gave me a call when he was 15 minutes out. I so appreciate his calls. My carpets look great except for a small area that was missed. I had pulled a twin bed away from a wall to clean behind it and forgot to move it back so it was angled into the room. The tech cleaned around the bed which is fine, but when I pushed it back against the wall the dirty area was exposed. Yes, I should have moved the bed back before cleaning began, but I wish the tech had asked about the awkwardly placed bed before he cleaned to help correct my mistake.

Non toxic with no chemicals so it's safe for my pets. My carpets were beyond dirty. I didn't think they would ever look nice again. Rico worked on them for 3 hours and by golly when he finished they looked like new. I was amazed and thrilled. Rico was awesome. Personable, friendly and a hard worker. I have him coming out next week to clean my large playroom. Zerorez is now my go to company for all my cleaning needs.
