The person that I spoke with on the phone was courteous, clear and made my appointment after giving me a fair price. The gentleman who cleaned my carpets and chair was polite, neat and worked quickly and cleanly. He explained everything and answered all my questions in a very friendly manner. My carpets and chair look beautiful and I plan to have Zerorez and the same young man back again for further cleaning of my stone floors.
