I was thoroughly pleased with the employee of Zerorez when he was here yesterday. He
remembered us from his last visit, did a complete examination of the whole house before he
started, advised us to use the offer of extraction (due to our puppy!) before any shampooing,
worked diligently, expertly and was very socially conversational while he worked. Jasiel (sp.?)
assured us he would do everything to our satisfaction and did so in a timely manner, spending
all the time he needed to do so. I couldn't be more complimentary as to his expertise. We

The associate who I spoke to on the phone was very polite and friendly. She was helpful in offering me the best plan.
Then the technician who came, was prompt and called beforehand as well.
He also was polite, friendly and professional. He was able to remove a stubborn stain and was efficient, finishing in a timely manner.

The zerores team that came to clean my tenant's carpet found a mess when they arrived. For a nominal charge, they prepped the place and then cleaned the carpets. In my opinion, this was above and beyond the call to duty. I would recommend this company to anyone.
Products Not much explanation of the products being used, but resulted in very nice clean rugs.
Services: The pre-evaluation was very good and suggestions were good. Pointing out various problems, i.e. urine spots not visible by us was good and ended up in providing a thorough clean of drop rugs.
Explained in a friendly manner the work they were doing along with trying to reduce the cost of the suggested services.

Rico arrived timely, got to work and did an amazing job. He was knowledgeable, friendly and highly professional. I had some trepidation regarding using your company again as previous experiences left much to be desired (ditto for Stanley and Coit)- workers were not timely, when they did arrive they attempted to immediately oversell the product, seemed to do little more than "wet" vacuum the carpet-- and in short, wasted my time. I decided to try one last time and fortunately got Rico. If I were assured of getting him, I would hire your company again for our carpet cleaning needs.
