Especially liked the professional manner with which he arrived, analyzed the job and went to extra efforts to get out spots and stains and protect with a scotch type spray. And although did offer upsale services, did not push for things I didn't need or want, like others.

Came on time and finished in timely manner. Friendly staff. Got rid of most of the stain, except some ink dots (read that he should've tried using a different type of stain remover specially for soluble type instead).

We had a great experience with Zerorez. I had never used Zerorez before and was pleasantly surprised. I hear commercials all the time on KGO is I decided to try them. The technician was very fast and efficient. He called me a couple of times before he arrived to let me know he was running late. He cleaned our family room carpeting and 2 chairs and an ottoman.
