The guys that came were very nice and prifessional. For the most part I'm really happy. There is one spot that I didn't see prior to the cleaning, and after about 5-6 hours it appeared so that is a bummer.

There is no chemicals used. We like that water and special treatment was used so we don't have to inhale anything. The weather was cooperated and the second floor dried faster. Nico who came in early and that is a nice surprise, worked hard to remove stains and did it on a timely manner. He was very organized and thorough, He has a pleasant personality and very polite, We like his professionalism.

The service was over and above what I expected, we had Niko who was very nice and did a superb job on our carpets, they look brand new. He was focused on doing a good job and he worked hard. Thank you Zerorez....

Non toxic and cleans well!

Outstanding customer service and excellent job! Tony and his team did an amazing job on our carpets:

* He advised on how best to manage the pet-impacted areas;

* provided clear quote before work began and didn't nickel and dime us (entirely the opposite - he found ways to help us save!);

* helped move some furniture (an incredibly heavy dining room table that I was resigned to just having them go around despite it being in the area that needed cleaning the most);

* found a solution to using the portable cleaner, which is less effective for heavy pet-impacted areas and also impossible to get up difficult stairs, so that they could bring in the heavy-duty equipment to not only thoroughly clean the downstairs heavy pet-impacted areas but also so that they could do the upstairs (Note: it's a townhouse in an apartment complex on the 3rd floor, and the portable cleaner allows them to work in apartment complexes vs houses, but it would have been near impossible to get the portable one up the townhouse's stairs to the bedrooms.);

* did an amazing job cleaning and treating all of the carpets, including the dining room, which was a mess due to the pets, all in about 2.5 hours (4 total rooms + stairs);

* set us up for a follow up visit next month to ensure the pet-impacted spots were properly treated (i.e. when you suction pet urine all the way down from the padding to the surface it can re-settle and create minor yellowish spotting on the top and following up shortly after can help get the remaining out);

* and threw in a special for next month so that it would be a small fraction of what we paid for today's initial cleaning (i.e. Next month's visit will be 10% of the original cost - huge savings!)

Technician Lane Scott arrived punctually and courteously explained the process and his plans.
Overall he did a great job except for a few stains remaining in one bedroom.

Rico and Conner were very personable and anxious to please us, which they did. They did an excellent job of cleaning our carpet.
