Necco the carpet cleaner who cleaned our carets and tile floor did a great job. I have cream colored carpet and white colored tile and he made them look like new. He asked me to check his work to make sure I was pleased with his work. Very professional!

The guy that came out was very thoughtful. My window was for 12:00-4:00. He called at 11:00 and told me he would be there around 3:30. I would have been able to do errands if needed because her narrowed down the window. He also called me about 10 minutes before he got there to just give me update. Too bad other companies don't let you know if you have a late appointment that you have time to do errands. He was polite and knew what he was doing. I give him a 10 plus.
