Everything was perfect with the service and the quality of the carpet cleaning work. The wall-to-wall carpets look new, and ZeroRez removed stains that I did not expect could be removed. The area rugs which were taken to their cleaning facility were also cleaned and looked like new. They were delivered back to my home on schedule as promised. I will definitely use ZeroRez again.
