Non toxic with no chemicals so it's safe for my pets. My carpets were beyond dirty. I didn't think they would ever look nice again. Rico worked on them for 3 hours and by golly when he finished they looked like new. I was amazed and thrilled. Rico was awesome. Personable, friendly and a hard worker. I have him coming out next week to clean my large playroom. Zerorez is now my go to company for all my cleaning needs.

Carpets look great and my tile is also very clean. I like the non toxic cleaning. Hondo was very informative and even cleaned a portion of my tile so I could decide if I wanted to do the tile.
The young man gave us a call to let us know more precisely when to expect him. He was here when he said, was very polite. Asked questions he needed to know, did a great job and was done in a very reasonable time.

We were very please with the results of our rug cleaning. Our technician was very professional -- and quite a natural salesman. After his recommendation we added the protectant to two rooms and also had the wool area rug cleaned. It was more than I expected to pay, but I'm sure it will be worth it if removing small spots will be easier.
Our technician explained everything very thoroughly, and for future reference told me about the area rug special cleaning you offer.

They did a great job and were a pleasure to work with.
My carpets look great except for a small area that was missed. I had pulled a twin bed away from a wall to clean behind it and forgot to move it back so it was angled into the room. The tech cleaned around the bed which is fine, but when I pushed it back against the wall the dirty area was exposed. Yes, I should have moved the bed back before cleaning began, but I wish the tech had asked about the awkwardly placed bed before he cleaned to help correct my mistake.
