Was very pleased with results.
Technicians were very professional, polite and efficient.

No Chemicals, all though the sanitizer for pet stains did leave some odor, not sure I would go for that treatment again.

The only negative, I was not expecting the carpet to take 24 hours to dry.

Overall the carpet looks great.

Technician was prompt, knowledgeable, and pleasant. Got my carpets clean and left a very faint (which I like) scent of clean. Quick too.

The technician, Lane Scott, was prompt and very efficient. My carpet looks brand new.

The two gentlemen who came to my house were hard workers, friendly and helpful. They reminded me of the first two that came to my house. The last few did not do a thorough job. The two who came yesterday did a fantastic job. I thought the question was "would I recommend the company to another?" My reply was an 8. If I was to rate the two gentlemen I would definitely give them a 10.

I did not intend to pay so much but they did a great job on my sofa and easy chairs.

Our carpets look like new. ZEROREZ has been our best results in truly addressing stains and high traffic areas. The price is higher but the results is worth it.

Your service guys are punctual and always let me know when they are arriving. They are all very professional and get all my carpets cleaned pretty fast. I also like that there is no lasting smell or residue on carpet after the cleaning.

Zerorez is great. I have been a fan since my first visit. My only concern is the cleaning service does vary according to the technican. They all are polite and professional, however the degree of attention to details and overall cleanliness of my carpet is not always the same. I will schedule another appointment for others rooms in the near future. Hopefully the results will allow me to continue to be a fan.

Your workers are very kind, considerate and do a great job. My carpet is in very good condition which i feel is due to having it cleaned twice a year with your product.

This is the 3rd time we have used ZeroRez and once again we are very pleased with the results. We had a heavily soiled office area and most of the spots are now gone and the office looks great.

The only problem was the 3 hour delay in arrival. We understand this was an unavoidable delay due to a worker no-show, but the 2 gentlemen who showed up were apologetic, helpful and did a great job! Next time we'll just hope for improved promptness.
