I liked the way my carpets looked the next day. However, the corner of the upstairs wall was greatly damaged by the hose running up to the master bedroom. And, we had just had all the walls painted.

The personable customer service, the customer service agent that took the call was very professional and worked with me because I do not have a hallway that needed vacuuming. The gentleman that came and cleaned my carpets was wonderful, respectful, made sure I understood what to expect. I even ended up paying for a 'scotch guard like' service. It took about 2 hours and he was in and out, and I had only made the appointment 2 days or so ago! He advised me to turn up the heat to speed up the drying process. He left me with some booties. The carpet was dry by the time I came home and that was wonderful :) I have used zerorez twice beofore and they are the only company I trust. The courteous tech was professional and explained suggestions for future reccommended services. He was careful with the hose/equipment to prevent bumping into walls or furniture. I will definitely use your services again and plan to refer Zerorez to all my friends. I could not believe how quick my carpet dried and how bright it looked, not to mention the clean/fresh smell. I have 10 year old beige Berber carpet which I was going to have removed, but it cleaned so well I can wait a few more years. I also really appreciate the prompt arrival of your tech, which is really important to me.

I was impressed by several things. First, Zerorez sent me an e-mail confirming my appointment. I received a call on both my home and cell number to confirm, and then the day of the appointment, they called 30 minutes ahead that they were on their way...and they arrived in exactly 30 minutes! The two men who came to our home, Brandon and Michael were very courteous, kind, well dressed and groomed. They wore covers over their shoes and the equipment and van were clean. They did an awesome job and our carpets look great with only a clean smell, not heavy perfume smells like some other companies. In a day when no one seems to care about "customer service", I was encouraged that there are still some companies out there that puts the customer first! Thanks again for a job well done! You have my future business...for sure!
