The technician told me that most of what he removed from my carpet was detergent. I like that he was not putting more in, and cleaning with a material safe for my pets. He was very courteous and very knowledgeable of the products. He was careful with my walls and woodwork, too. I will call Zerorez the next time I need my carpets cleaned.

The technician arrived on time and was a personable young man who set right to work and got the job done. The carpets look great. Drying time was longer than expected: the main carpets 12 hours, the stairs almost 24 hours, but the results are worth the wait. Zerorez lived up to the hype.

The technician was very professional and clearly had a thorough knowledge of Zerorez producst, as well as a very good knowledge of carpet types and construction. He was very personable and the fact that he wore a company uniform added to his overall impression.
I was impressed by the lack of chemicals used in the Zerorez cleaning process, and the resultant lack of a chemical smell. My carpets were damp but not wet when the cleaning job was completed and were completely dry in about 12 hours. I am very satisfied!

I like the non-harsh cleaning supplies that were used. Also both technicians were very methodical in their work and not in a hurry to get to the next appointment. They were very friedly and courteous and I really felt comfortable with them being in my home.
