my carpets have not been cleaned in over 11 years. Needless to say, I was apprehensive about the outcome. Your technician, Mr. Hill, was thorough and quite proficient and I could not be more pleased with his service. He took time to explain the process and answer all our questions. I intend to use you again. I apoloqize for the delay in responding but I have had a bridle shower, a wedding, and my grandson who is five months old has had open heart surgery since my carpet cleaning. Heis doing well, Thank God!
