My carpet looks great and the tech was knowledgeable and polite.

I like the idea that the carpets are not supposed to have the "chemical/detergent" residue that is an after effect of other cleaning methods because that residue seems to continue to attract the dirt. Am hoping that the areas that had spills/spots will look as clean in the next few months as they look now. Our service tech was very professional and nice. He seemed to take pride in his work and accomplished his work in an efficent manner. He made suggestions for additonal services, but was not pushy or demanding.

My experience with Zerorez was great. Mark, the Zerorez associate who came to my home, did a great job with cleaning the floors. He seemed very knowledgable, did exactly what he said he was going to do, and explained the cleaning process, pricing, etc. A very professional job all around. The only gripe (and it is a tiny one) that I have is that it appears he left some kind of powdered cleaning agent or something that was dumped in a pile in my driveway. Other than that, I was pretty satisfied with Zerorez.

The main reason I chose zerorez was due to your commericals on the radio - no residue left on my carpets. They look and feel good.

I was less happy having to call to follow up on when my carpets would be returned; scheduling the pickup and delivery also appeared to be a challenge. But, even with those annoyances, I will use this company again.
