Zerorez cleaning brought my carpet back to life :>)

My carpet was a mess so a complete rescue was not realistic. However, I had just dusted everything in preparation for the arrival of new furniture after the carpets were cleaned. I was surprised to find a layer of very fine white dust on everything on the two floors where the carpets were cleaned. This was unexpected from a company which calls itself "Zerorez"...there may not be any chemical residue left behind but the white dust definately qualifies as "residue" to me. Should I be concerned about this residue other than the dusting again?

I called a couple of times and spoke with different people and they knew what they were talking about. Then I was constantly updated about the date and time. I wanted an early afternoon spot on a certain day but was told a later time on the same day. It ended up they were able to come out earlier and called to make sure it was okay! The service technician ( the guy who cleaned the carpets) was courteous, knowledgeable, and presentable. What I like best is that all the stains came out of the carpet!

Our carpet was ten years old with many obvious stains and Zerorez got out everything except a cooking oil stain on our rec room carpet and it actually did make it look a lot better.
