Carpets turned out very nice and the tech was professional

Matt, the technician was very friendly & helpful. He explained things before he did them & made recommendations where he saw a need. We were impressed that there were no chemical smells, our 2 cats & dog were able to stay in the house with us. And, when our grandson & a friend came in a 1/2 later, we didn't have to worrry about them inhaling toxic fumes. The carpeting that was cleaned is the orignal when the house was built in the 90's. We are the 2nd owners & I never thought we would see the original color (light beige) again. Also, some stains that we thought were set in forever, came out. Our sofa looked so good, we felt like we had gotten a new one.

The technician did a great job but I had a traffic area that did not come as clean as I hoped. I filled out a survey and within a few hours the manager called and said he would send the tech out again to clean the area. Great service and a company that stands behind their product.

I was very pleased with the overall process, from calling to book my appointment to the arrival of the technician. There was no awkward upsale pitch, and it did not take long for the job to be completed. I appreciate the company's approach to business, they do a great job. I will definitely be using Zerorez again.

I was extremely pleased with how my carpets looked after Zerorez came to my home. I specifically waited a few days to write this review because I wanted to see if any stains returned to the surface, and they didn’t. Another specific difference I noticed about Zerorez was how my carpets felt under my feet, there was no residue feeling, my carpets not only looked clean, but they felt clean, also. I can’t say enough about how pleased I am with Zerorez, the Technician was on time (and I really appreciated the call from the operator letting me know he was in route), he assessed the situation, and set off to work. He was very professional and didn’t waste time, just got straight to work. Is Zerorez a little more expensive than their competitors? Yes, however with Zerorez I’m not disappointed a few days later, like I am with the others. Spend a few extra dollars now, and be happy for the next year.
