Our Tech, Danny, was incredibley knowledgeable about all the cleaning surfaces and processes and did an incredible job as well. He cleaned every carpet in our house and then sampled an area of the tile and grout in our kitchen and sunroom and I was shocked how dirty the floor really was.....I thought the "dirt" was part of the pattern! I now have a very clean cream colored tile and grout. Danny is a superb representative of Zerorez and Zerorez is a superb cleaning service.

I had some pretty disgusting stains on the carpet from animal urine to craft glue and the technician removed it all. I was hoping for clean stains but it looks like new carpet.

I love the all natural, chemical free cleaners. My house smells like fresh laundry hung out to dry on the clothes line. The service is incredible. I had 2 spots on fairly new carpet that my new puppy has marked. I had used my Kirby shampooer serveral times on these spots and could not get the urine smell out. The technician from Zerorez spent awhile going over and over these 2 spots and succeeded. He made sure I was completely satisfied before he loaded up his equipment and left. I am one happy customer.
