there was no sticky residue left when it was cleaned and my "brown bomb" couch did NOT smell like dogs!!!!! or feet!!!!. the makeip in my daughters carpet was GONE and no longer smelled of doggy tinkle!!! the most amazing was the tile downstairs....it changed color and the groout looks new...will say the sealant was a bit loud and i was glad i could open the windows but after a few hours the smell was not as bad. i WILL do this again to assure my tile is cleaned!!!

Majuan did an excellent job of communicating details about cost before the job started. He was thorough in his work and conscience about attempting to deal with all stains. The enzyme activator used on removal of the dog urine stains was very effective. Even our high traffic areas were amazingly transformed. The technique used by zerorez is very effective. I especially like the fact that it leaves no chemical or soap residue that will only attract more dirt after cleaning. Our carpet is very light colored and about ten years old. It doesn't look brand new of course, but We are very pleased with the results!

The service was quick and complete. The representative was very efficient. I like the fact that the product is 'green'. The residual dirty water is just dumped in the yard, nothing toxic.

The technician that cleaned our carpet was very professional and he was willing to go back over a high traffic area when I asked him to. I had many spots on my carpet and whenever I had them cleaned by other carpet cleaners, the spots always returned in about a month. It has been 4 months since my carpet was cleaned by zerorez and none of the spots have come back. I will definitely use zerorez again.
