I loved absolutely everything about Zerorez! From the moment I made the original call to Zerorez, I was treated with wonderful service. I got my reminder call, as promised, and then got the call from the service technician to let me know he was on his way. Our service technician, Bobby, was wonderful. He was polite, courteous, cheerful, and did an excellent job cleaning our carpets. I had some old residue that he was able to get out and I loved the way the rooms smelt fresh and clean...not like chemicals! I have already recommended Zerorez to several friends and family members, and I will definitely use Zerorez in the future!
