Ryan was awesome, couldn't have asked for a more polite, knowledgeable, hard-working individual for our carpets. Now the STORY on how hard he worked.
My daughter had just received an Easter bunny over spring break and had it in a cage in her room. Sometime during the week our cat got into her room and decided to annihilate the rabbit. Took off the poor bunny's head and pulled entrails out of the neck of the poor creature. Needless to say her room looked like something out of a Friday the 13th movie. The blood was heavy in some areas and light in others were the cat had played with his new friend through the day. We were able to get the walls and ceiling clean but the floor another story, we needed Ryan's expertise. He came in and was very calm about the mess and said he would see what he could do and didn't ask too many questions. After a long afternoon the floors looked incredible and the smell was nearly gone.
Now is that a story or what? because that is exactly what it is a "STORY", now the "TRUTH"
All kidding aside our carpets do look brand new. We have recommended Zerorez to several of our neighbors and friends since our appointment and told them the same story I just told you, but also with the truth at the end. answered all of our questions prior to cleaning our carpet. He is very
knowledgeable about Zerorez products, which is why we purchased
the home purifier. I feel very confident about using Zerorez again,
especially if we are guaranteed the same technician.

I really like the fact that Zerorez doesn't use detergents or harsh chemicals. Not only are my carpets clean but they also won't attract dirt in the future. My technician, Dustin, explained everything he was doing and pointed out certain areas that required an enzyme treatment. Previously I used Chem-Dry and while I thought they did a good job it doesn't compare to Zerorez. I can't see using anyone else for carpet cleaning.

Not only were we able to obtain a Saturday appointment, the technician, Kyle, was on time. He was very professional and kept us informed during the cleaning. He did a fantastic job cleaning carpets that hadn't been professionally cleaned in many years. And the cost was exactly what they had estimated. Can't get better than that!
