I can't say enough about how pleased I was with the Zerorez results. I think I liked the Zerorez technician (Lee) as much as I did the results! The 3 rooms I had cleaned were rooms used primarilty by children under the age of 4. So, you can imagine how awful they looked. After zerorez, the carpet looked as good as it did the day it was installed. We also had a couch cleaned that had been stashed away in storage in an unfinished basement for YEARS. I never thought the musty smell would come out but it did. I feel like I have brand new carpets and a brand new couch. Zerorez rocks. I will be using them again to work on the few other spots in my home that could use a cleaning . . . including some pieces of furniture. THANKS!

I was impressed with the professionalism of the whole company, from the prompt calls to inform arrival time to the actual work which was done by qualified, knowledgeable persons.

Soni suffered some confusion in the beginning, when my husband was downstairs and didn't hear the doorbell. He was very concerned and patient, as, by cell phone, he and I figured out what had happened. He proceeded to do good work with a great attitude. A fine employee who represents you well.

Michael did excellent job, at our rental property can't wait for him to do my home.

The carpets in my rental house were in awful shape... to the point where we thought they would have to be replaced. I've heard your advertisements on AM750 so I decided to try your company. I am thrilled at the condition of the carpets. Your technician Sunny was professional, polite and did an OUTSTANDING job. The carpets have no sticky residue like I've experienced in the past with other companies. And two weeks later the carpets are still clean! I waited to post my comments on your service to see if the stain would come back... every time I've had the carpets cleaned previously within a week the look bad again.... not this time!!! They still look great, feel clean and no stains mysteriously returning!! Thank you! We will definitely use you again.

Very thorough. We used Stanley Steemer for a long time and 3 days after they left the carpet would look just as dirty as before they got here. I am very happy with the service and would recommend to anyone.

The like the products because they are not toxic and very safe for family and pets. The service is excellent in their prompt time scheduling and having a Technician arrive within the time frame promised. The Technicians are very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I had some unusual spots that needed serious cleaning and was amazed at how little time it took to complete the job. I plan to use Zerorez as my carpet cleaning service for all future needs.
