My carpets look amazing! Reggie was just awesome. He was very understanding and went the extra mile to do what he could for areas that were darker due to furniture and apparently dirty air ducts. I loved the entire experience. Reggie even let me look at the water when he was finished to see how dirty my carpets were, and I was relieved to see that although a light brown color, the water was still clear, something that Reggie said was a good thing! I am thankful for the time, the effort, and the passion put into cleaning my carpets. I look forward to the next time!

the initial contact with your company was excellent. a live person answered the phone and knew everything about your service. I didn't get forwarded to anyone else. Very efficient scheduling process. Brandon arrived on time, very professional and knowledgeable and didn't have to call anyone for permisson to change the order. excellent service. I have to have a return visit to re-treat a very challenging pet odor but that has been scheduled without any problem. Love you guys-and you are all "green"!!!

Good and Fast
I love the fact that after Zerorez leaves, I know that we don't have to worry about chemicals all over our floor. I love the fact that it's just clean.

Friendly, on time service. Very informative about what was going to be done and what was done. My carpets still look amazing after 4 days of being cleaned. When other companies "cleaned" my carpets I would see spots all over my floors at least by day 2.
