I liked everything about my experience: the people were great, my carpets and tiles are sparkling, and my house is free of all the junk in the ducts. Scheduling was very easy, and they came out the next day! The duct cleaning was amazing and very quick due to the new technology they have. The carpet cleaning made my rugs look practically new, but the best is the tile floor cleaning. My tiles and grout look like they were just put in!

My carpets are off white and 18 years old (not to mention 3 kids and a big dog). I had them cleaned by your very courteous technician Justin last week and they look amazing. The dry time was short and the usual reappearing deep stains in the pad have not appeared. You arrived when you said you would and charged what you quoted. I will call again.

Jeremy, the technician, was an outstanding representative for Zerorez. He was both personable and professional. Jeremy worked hard the entire time he was at our house. He made a special effort to get out any stains that were in the carpet. He took time to answer any of my questions and was very knowledgeable about the process as well as knowledgeable about carpets in general.
Zerorez was clear about the cost of the job. The price I expected to pay was exactly the cost of the job. The small area between two rooms that was cleaned at no extra charge was greatly appreciated.
