Fact is, the service works; carpets look "new" after they are done. Also, the technician was very professional and easy to work with. The best carpet cleaning results we have ever had in any of our 3 homes. Have to see it to believe it.

The service technicians, Corey and Daniel were prompt, professional, in clean uniforms, courteous, very customer service oriented, knowledgeable, patient, efficient and kind to our dog, Daisy. I will definitely request Corey and Daniel for our next service.

the service was quick and scheduling with the office was easy. they always kept me informed of any schedule changes (bad weather pushed our cleaning back a bit). oh, and the carpets are clean and spot-free!

The customer service was excellent. I booked my appointment with ease over the internet and received a confirmation call. I was also contacted 30 minutes prior to the arrival of my specialist and as promised he was at my door in 30 mins. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the product and services.
