The first time I used Zerorez I was very impressed and I must say I was even more impressed this second time around. The service technician "Danny" was wonderful both times! He was prompt, thorough, professional, and friendly! He represented the company and himself very well. I was impressed that he remembered me from the first time he serviced my home. It's always a pleasure when a company recognizes their customers. Danny was able to remove the spots I had on my stairs and in my high traffic area with no problem. The product is very safe and leaves your floor with a clean feel. I would recommend Zerorez to anyone.

As far as the product, I like the purity of the process. Not any chemicals since we have a small dog and baby. Service was beyond the best we have had before. Our technician was superior, very professional, and knew all the information to every question we asked.

This was my firt time using Zerorez. I will neve use another carpet/hardwood company again. Zerorez is amazing and green! Danny was professional and caring. He asked all the right questions to ensure that my carpets and hardwood floors were cleaned to my liking. He did an awesome job and my carpets and hardwoods look like new!

Zerorez was able to clean some really nasty spots with the additional spot treatment you offer and I like that it left the carpets with no residue as I have a crawling infant.

He was also on time, did not waste any time, and his appearance and manner were both a credit and assset to your company. As for whether or not I would recommend Zerorez - a neighbor (that I had never met) saw me outside the day after your service. She had seen your truck here and asked if I would recommend your company. I did - enough said?

They did a wonderful job, on an almost impossible carpet situation. Two words: Cat Pee. I was highly satisfied, and I paid the same amount that I would have for other cleaners that I have tried in the past that didn't work as well. The customer service was awesome. I have worked in customer service for a long time, and I find myself very critical when it comes to this area, but they exceeded expectations.
