I've used Zerorez three times since Jan 2012 and I need to tell you only two of the three carpet cleaning was done right, Collinswood Ct Jonesboro carpet cleaning was great BUT I'm sorry to say the April carpet cleaning at this location Foxfire Place Atlanta (my husband John Last name removed order and meet the Zerorez operator) was done poorly and because I didn't want to give up on Zerorez I decided to give you one last chance, this carpet cleaning done by Bobby Garcia was done to perfection.
The tech was very good and knowledegable. Great presonality. The carpet looks 100% better and feels great. Spots came up. Air in our house smeels clean and fresh after the carpet cleaning.We will definitely recommend zerorez to others.Like this process.

The technician, Mike Cothran, was on time and was great to deal with. I asked a lot of questions because I couldn't wrap my head around how the carpet would be cleaned without soap! But Mike was very patient with me and explained everything. There was no mess and I loved that I was able to put my house back together soon after service.
