The young man was very professional, courteous and thorough. I was very pleased with the results and plan to use Zerorez again.

The carpets looked great when it was all said and done. The only issue I have is that the technician hit the wall with his equipment and chipped the wall that I had just gotten done painting. I was irritated by that and have a divot to fix, but other than that the experience was great!

THE SERVICE TECH WAS VERY PROFESSIONIAL ON THE JOB. WHEN I NEED TO HAVE CARPET CLEAN AGAIN I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE THE SAME TECH. THANKS
