I was initially attracted to Zerorez by your cleaning method which uses no harsh chemicals and leaves no residue, but my experience was so much more than I expected! I will never hire another company to clean my carpet after my Zerorez experience! Our Zerorez representative, Lee, was GREAT! Not only was he courteous and professional, but he took time to consider our concerns and make recommendations (many at no cost to us) which would make our home environment healthier and cleaner. With an asthmatic child, his time and experise were very much appreciated. Your approach to a healthy home is a refreshing change from the companies I have used in the past, and I will recommend your service to others!

I had my carpets cleaned for about the 3rd time with your company. I had my stairs done for the first time. My carpet is old and I didn't feel like they could ever be cleaned because I have tried before with Kiwi Capet Cleaners. At the last minute I thought I would go ahead and try. Boy and I glad I did! They look brand new!

Also while the technician was here I was about to try to mop my very dirty tiled kitchen floors. I jokingly ask him if he did kitchen floors. I was shocked when he said yes. He quoted me a price that was much cheaper than what I have been quoted before by another company. The floors look amazing. Even my husband and children noticed the change! The tiles came out about 10 shades lighter! Wow! Thank you!

This is my third time I used Zerorez.
They were ON Time and did an excellent Job on my OLD carpet.
I plan to try other Zerorez services in the future.

I had a spot on the carpet and the technician stated he would try to get it out, but it appears to have been there for awhile. I stated it had been aleast a couple of weeks. He treated the stain and then cleaned the area. After a few days, the stain is almost gone and no one would notice the area unless I pointed it out.

My carpets look brand new again & Andrew got out all the stains!
