Eric was very personable, trusting, and reliable. He gave me a call earlier in the day asking me if it would be all right if he could come sooner which was worked out fine since I was already at home. He explained the cleaning process thoroughly and gave me an accurate estimate of how much it would cost and how long it would take. I also must give kudos to the company's commitment to being green - not only was the cleaning process environmentally friendly but the entire transaction was completely paperless. Kudos to Eric and Zerorez!
I had the pleasure of experiencing Zerorez on 1/6/12 and I am hooked. my carpet have never looked so good.also my technican Kelsy was great such an dynamic personality and excellent customer service he should be the PR person he told me about every service of zerorez.well verse in the company.Yes I will use zerorez again and I will recommend to my friends.

I liked that no chemicals are being used and it's environmental friendly. Also Zerorez was able to get someone out to clean our carpets within a few days only.
