The service tech was very professional and knowledgeable. He went into detail about how he was treating my carpets. When he was done I mentioned another area that I would like cleaned and he was more than happy to do it before he left. I have two boys and a dog and my carpets are at least 12 years old and when he was done with the cleaning they looked new. I never thought they could look this good. Thank you so much for a great job and wonderful customer service!!!

The technicians are professional and do everything to get spots out of the carpet and explain to you what they are doing and have done to remove any "significant" stains. Plus it dries quickly and there is not bad smell! Zerorez rocks!!

I really liked that the carpet was steam cleaned. The carpet turned out very well even though some areas had received heavy traffic. The technician was very polite and knowledgeable. He explained what had to be done and updated us throughout the entire service. We are very pleased with the entire experience.

I was very happy with the service I received and very excited about the fact there were no chemicals used. Our carpet is very light - almost white and they are fifteen years old, yet they smelled so fresh and clean and looked great, too.

On Time....they called to say when they expected to arrive. The service individual very very professional and polite. Excellent job. Pointed out the few areas that did not respond to cleaning....probably old coffee. Nice to do this.
