I really appreciated the honesty and polite manner of the technicians that came to my house. He did not attempt to pressure me into spending more money than necessary to meet my needs.

I like that the cleaning process is "green" without a lot of chemicals. The customer service is always very good.

I really think you guys are the best! After the carpets dried over night, the rooms even felt cleaner and smelled cleaner! The technician was not only professional but very presentable (Jeromy) I have a cleaning service and am referring everyone to you guys!

From the Rep who scheduled the appt, to the reminder call a week before & a call when they were on the way, to the tech who was on time & did the cleaning....all were were friendly, efficient & professional. A day or so later I noticed a couple of dark streaks in a heavy traffic area & called customer service who were just as nice. The tech came back, took care of it....No problem. It was a pleasure to deal with such a great company & one that`s chemical free!!! Thanks Zerorez!!!!

Matt, who was the man who came to clean our carpets, was absolutely great! He was totally professional, polite, and incredibly knowledgeable and hard working. I couldn't recommend him more highly.
The product is wonderful. I love the fact that the carpet is sanitized! Also we had a lot of pet stains (I sometimes pet sit) and they all came up, and the smell is gone! Thank you Zerorez for such a great service.
PS the only slight criticism -- the people who answer the phone need to be a bit more friendly...

Because there is no soap used our carpets stay cleaner longer. Technicians are always polite and efficient.
